Multi-tenant is our product offering for smaller deployments with simple requirements. This is an accessible solution that allows customers to quickly access their essential business systems on our cloud platform. Priced on a per-user basis, it is easy for customers to manage their cashflow and makes their ERP solution an operational expense.

Each multi-tenant customer is provided an allowance of 1GB of database capacity per user. In addition, each user can have up to 5GB of file storage space. Included in the service are operating system licences, RDS access licences, Duo multi-factor authentication and Sentinel One antivirus software. All SAP Business One and add-on/extension licences are based upon a BYOL (bring your own licence) model.
