Every SAP Business One Cloud system is designed and built by certified engineers with both AWS and SAP Business One skills. We have in-house technicians and functional consultants available to assist with the design; certified SAP Business One consultants can be brought into the design phase, if required, to work with your team of consultants to ensure the build is exactly what the customer and the partner requires.
SAP Business One Cloud runs on the Cloud4Partners™ Platform within the industry standard framework (Microsoft RDS) to provide resilience if internet connection is temporarily lost. Access to the SAP Business One Cloud system is via browser or mobile device from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The Cloud4Partners™ Platform is built and hosted within Amazon’s global AWS cloud, by certified AWS engineers.
The AWS cloud service features a two-tier network security: the first provided by a DMZ with perimeter firewall (restricting access to https); the second provided by an intermediate firewall to separate and further protect the private tier from the front-of-house DMZ. Joining the Cloud4Partners™ family is easy, and we pride ourselves on our friendliness, integrity and honesty. From initial discussions to the go-live of your customer’s SAP cloud system, we aim to make the process as quick and seamless as possible.
The first step in the process is the allocation of a dedicated partner account manager, who will be your main point of contact and ensure that your project progresses smoothly. Your project will also be supported within the Cloud4Partners’ team by our project managers and technical staff.
Your partner account manager, project manager and technical staff will join a meeting with you, and your customer, if necessary, to discuss the scope and requirements of the project.
After detailed discussions have taken place, your account manager will recommend appropriate build specs for your customer’s SAP cloud environment, based on the complexity of the project, to ensure the best fit for their requirements.
Once your customer has decided to go ahead with the build of their cloud environment, it will be built to their requirements by our highly qualified technical team.
This should not take longer than one full working week.
The Cloud4Partners’ platform is monitored round the clock by industry standard systems and monitoring tools, alerting support staff to anything out of the ordinary. Our support team is available between 8am – 10pm Monday to Friday (UK time) and our Service Desk portal is available 24-7 for customers to raise support tickets. We also offer a knowledge base of guides and frequently asked questions, which is accessible through the Service Desk.
