Our customers are the heart of our business, and we pride ourselves on the level of customer support we provide. Our friendly and highly qualified team aims to resolve any issues that arise as quickly as possible with the minimum of impact on customers’ operations. We operate to strict service level agreements and are proud of our excellent customer retention record. We continuously monitor our feedback ratings in our effort for ongoing improvement and customer satisfaction.

Our customer support team is available from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday (UK time), although extended hours are available by negotiation. Our support portal is available 24-7 for customers to raise tickets and view their progress. We also offer a knowledge base, which provides a self-service library of frequently asked questions, documentation and best practices.

SAP Project work

Being an SAP Gold Partner ourselves, we are in a unique position as a cloud-hosting partner. We have our own team of SAP-certified functional and technical consultants who are available for ad-hoc project work if you are unable to devote your own resources to a project, or if you don’t have in-house expertise in particular aspects that your customers might need. Our team is available at an exclusive discounted rate for Cloud4Partners’ customers for SAP-related projects. We are also able to offer ad-hoc project work on other complementary technologies, such as Boyum, BPA Platform, Sharperlight and Crystal report writing at a preferential rate, if required.

We can advise on any issues with SAP Business One if your customers need further support in this area. Our consultants are extremely experienced with SAP HANA, as well as Microsoft SQL, and we can offer this knowledge to help you, and your customers, when required.
